1. Scope and Consent.

When you use the Services (i.e., our website, mobile apps, social media pages, services, tools, and other applications and services), onsemi, located at 5701 N. This Privacy Policy describes how onsemi may collect, use, disclose/share, store/retain, and otherwise process your Personal Data. Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Use.

2. Information Practices: How we collect, use, retain, and disclose Personal Data.

Information from Outside Sources

We may collect Personal Data about you from other sources. Data Retention.

Your Personal Data will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy, which is designed to retain data for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for which it was collected and consistent with our contractual obligations, employment obligations, and other business purposes, including global legal obligations. Service Providers: We may disclose your Personal Data to service providers who help with our business operations (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, payment processing, web hosting, product fulfillment, shipment, recruitment, employment, research, IT, to process opt-out requests, to assist us in responding to consumer requests for access, deletion, or correction of information, direct mail and email distribution, site analytics and operations). Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your Personal Data for money but we and our business partners use tracking technologies to help us to understand our customers and visitors to the Services, to enhance your online experience, and customize our offerings in ways that may be deemed a “sale” of Personal Data under the California Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CCPA). 4. Access and Correction.

If you would like to request to access, correct, update, suppress, restrict, or delete Personal Data, object to or opt out of the processing of Personal Data, or if you would like to request to receive a copy of your Personal Data for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent these rights are provided to you by applicable law), please email us at a privacy@onsemi.com. If you are a California resident, please refer to Section 5 for more information on the requests you can make under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

In your request, please make clear what Personal Data you would like to have changed or whether you would like to have your Personal Data suppressed from our database. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Data provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion).

5. Rights and Requests for California Residents or As Required By Law.

If you are a California resident, you may make the following requests:

You may request that we disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:

  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) Personal Data about you;

  • The categories of Personal Data about you that we otherwise shared or disclosed, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such Personal Data (if applicable).

(2) “Request to delete”

You may request that we delete Personal Data we collected from you.

To make a Request to Know or a Request to Delete, please complete the webform in onsemi’s Privacy Rights Portal, email us at privacy@onsemi.com or call 1-800-905-4574. Account holders can request access to their personal information at any time by logging into their accounts on the Services. We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the personal information subject to the request. You may make a request on behalf of a child who is under 13 years old if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you make a Request to Delete, we may ask you to confirm your request before we delete your Personal Data.

If you want to make a Request to Know or a Request to Delete as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, please complete the webform in onsemi’s Privacy Rights Portal, email us at privacy@onsemi.com or call 1-800-905-4574. Account holders can request access to their Personal Data at any time by logging into their accounts on the Services. As part of our verification process, we may request that you provide, as applicable, proof concerning your status as an authorized agent, which also may include:

  1. Proof of your registration with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California;
  2. Proof of a power of attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130.

If you are an authorized agent and have not provided us with a power of attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130, we may also require the resident to:

  1. Verify the resident’s own identity directly with us; or
  2. Directly confirm with us that the resident provided you permission to make the request.

(3) “Request to Opt-Out”

We offer an opt-out from the use of cookies and other tracking technologies in connection with our Services, which may in some cases constitute the sale of your Personal Data under the CCPA or other privacy laws. To opt-out of the sale of your Personal Data, please click Do Not Sell My Personal Information or fill out this webform at the onsemi's Privacy Rights Portal. This will cause information to cease to be added to any cookies or other tracking technologies that have been set on our Services or block them entirely. Please note that you will need to opt out again if you visit one of our Services from a different device or browser of if you clear your cookies.

If you want to make a Request to Opt-Out as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, you may use the submission methods noted above. As part of our verification process, we may request, as applicable:

  1. Proof of your registration with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California;
  2. Signed permission that the resident has authorized you to make a Request to Opt-Out on the resident’s behalf. “Signed” means that the permission has either been physically signed or provided electronically in accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Civil Code 1633.7 et seq.

Vietnamese Citizens Data Subject Rights - Addendum
